MishyMashy 07-02-2010 12:24 PM

Installed and love it :D

ProtoWorker 07-03-2010 05:48 AM

Works great for me though!!

abashiri 07-05-2010 08:58 AM

This is the first product I've ever installed on my vBulletin (I'm pretty much a newbie). It appears to work well on my test system.

Thank you ever so much! :)

chicoman98 07-26-2010 06:45 PM

Awesome mod! Thanks for this. Installed and works fine on 4.0.4.

mikeylikesitz 08-14-2010 12:33 AM

did this break in 4.0.6?

It still works properly after upgrading my test board from 4.0.5 to 4.0.6.

djbaxter 08-14-2010 12:45 AM

Works for me with 4.06 too.

Falcon Capt 08-19-2010 12:26 PM

Hi Paul,

Great Mod!

I am having one very minor issue on the 4.0.6 board with it (I believe the issue existed when I was 4.05 as well).

When viewing the Who Visited Today list, you can hover over each username and the time of their last visit will popup. This appears to only work for my general membership (Usergroup 9), if I hover over any of my moderators (group 5 or 7) or my trial members (primary group 2, secondary group 12) the little time popup doesn't display.

Not a big deal but I know when I was using this mod with my vB3.8.x board the popups worked for all of the membership groups.

I've had this problem since 4.01. As you say, in the 3.x version, the hover worked. In the 4.x version, it doesn't as soon as you apply any markup to the member display (e.g., change the color to denote member group or rank).

Paul M 08-19-2010 02:40 PM

I have colour markup on my test forum and it works fine - so I would guess the issue is with the markup you are using.

djbaxter 08-19-2010 02:55 PM

No. There's nothing fancy about the markup - it's just a font color change.

However, it does work as advertised in Firefox. It does not work in IE8.

Paul M 08-19-2010 04:51 PM

Must be some oddity of IE8 then, it works for me at work (IE6) and at home (FF & IE7).

I dont have IE8 anywhere.

djbaxter 08-19-2010 05:17 PM

Or some vBulletin CSS added to correct something else for IE8?

tadukuttan 08-20-2010 11:49 AM

Great mod.

Just need a confirmation. How do we get the usergroups who come under "Awaiting Email Confirmation" & "Awaiting Moderation" from showing up under this list?

We have a lot of spammers registering and these IDs show up on "members that visited the site today".

Only certain usergroups selected to be displayed from the ACP, as seen below.
Attachment 121083

But it doesn't seem to be following that criteria? Below is a pic of the users marked with arrows who belong to "Awaiting E-mail confirmation" or "Awaiting moderation" usergroup but show up in the list.
Attachment 121084

Thanks in advance.

Aramist 08-21-2010 06:38 AM

After i upgraded to 4.0.6 my whos online and logged in color names are gone....every name colors are gone in my board, they are with the same color now.

Any one know what to fix this ?

ty in advance

You have mis-understood that option - it determines which usergroups can see the display, not which usergroups are in the list - there is no option to change that - its all users, regardless of their usergroup.

Thanks a ton for the clarification

Is there anyway a selectable usergroup option is going to be provided in the near future? Or a custom code you could guide us on for this?

At times some with objectionable usernames show up in the list.

Thanks a ton once again.

Paul M 08-22-2010 08:19 AM

There are not going to be any changes to this version. Maybe I will consider it for 4.1.

firefoxx 10-03-2010 07:35 PM

adding the possibility to count guests would be nice.

ZombieAndy 10-10-2010 07:28 PM

Great mod paul as always, ive been looking for something like this since we upgraded to 4.

Only change i would suggest, the ability to exclude banned members from being shown would be perfect.

Thanks!

Are there any know issues with this mod. I went to import the xml and then I got a data base error the next thing I knew my entire site was down. I had to restore my data base to get my site back up... any one else had this problem

Nope.

Its also impossible for it to take down a database like that, since all it does is read it.

(JFYI, its also unlikely anything could damage a database so badly you would need to restore it, the most that generally happens in mysql is a table crashes, and has to have a repair run on it).

2fast4ya 10-21-2010 02:22 AM

I'm having an issue with this as of 4.0.8 - it seems that it's no longer aligned correctly in the whats going on box. - take a look http://www.audioneeds.com/forums/forum.php

Alibass 10-21-2010 02:32 AM

I can confirm the same issue with 4.0.8 as 2fast4ya is having.

@ thincom2000

Many thanks for the fix.

owlbill 10-22-2010 01:22 PM

Have same problem with "Members who are chatting in flashchat 6" also. I started with trying to mod the xml file for the products, will try this for now.

EDIT: worked great in both mods.

Paul M 10-22-2010 01:37 PM

You will have the same issue with any of [my] mods that display in the WGO area on Forum Home - changes in the 4.0.8 style have broken them all.
