I'm really sorry to have to let this go, because I muchly enjoyed working on this project while I could. However, I was even sorrier to have to let it sit in the state it's been in for the past few months, and as another developer has stepped up and offered to continue improving this hack, I've passed it on to "blogtorank." Please welcome them; I imagine they'll be posting about said developments soon enough. In the end, I'm glad to see this able to be continued, since I know I will have no time this school year.

Will do Jesse, we will post here on the upcoming hack of this, we are now in development ALREADY after 2 hours of PM'n one another, we have already rewritten a ton of the code and are working this off the PHP IMAP Module already and moving forward with this on a whole new approach for the better so it supports EVERY language :)

I look forward to working with everyone, so please everyone don't bombard us with PMs or how long till this and that, let us do our thing and we will have a better turn out after the total rewrite of this. Our main goal is to get it off the IMAP module for one, and putting a lot of advancements into this to where it supports just about every language out there.

Once again, Jesse thank you for this announcement and we will post here accordingly when we are ready for a new release in a NEW thread for the take-over and made for the better.

No need of help :D, we got it whipped already, built a whole NEW e-mail class for this, because we branched off the lame imap module. Takes time to perfect to make flawless...

Status reports:

1. Built a whole new e-mail class
2. Tested by building a new product that'll send e-mail to PM supporting all text and html, html is converted to bbcode
3. Built our own class for html to bbcode

That's in a weeks time so far in between our other projects!

Now that being said it's about the same setup:

1. Create a catch-all account, forward all catchalls to this one account
2. New script will then handle the delivery to the end-user (member)
3. That's it :) No needing to worrying of having so many requirements met before installing! Plug-in and go is the key here.

Will be soon, and not saying a day or time when, it'll be announced here accordingly when we create a new thread for this so you all can branch over.

It's complete install in my forum but I have one problem, when I sent new massage for hotmail for example it did not receive by hotmail email and when I try to send new massage to my new account in my forum from hotmail email that error happen

How can I solve it?!!

This is un-installed. Completely messed up my forums, got a fix fr it, and now severe issues even after taking it off related to my database. :(

You do know this current release is a beta version right? and it also states to never install it on a live forum.

I had that problem. It seems when i went to the url

http://www.../vbms_checkmail.php i all of hte sudden received my emails. Is that suppose to be on a crontab ? if so, is that by vbulletin, or if not, is that suppose to be manual ?

The new coder has been on vacation and then on "medical leave"...from what I've been told.

We've been waiting since the 3.6.0 beta of vBulletin... I don't think this thing is ever coming out. The Duke Nukem Forever of vBulletin mods.
