Is there any plans on making this entire hack work for 3.6.4? At the default state it works fine, however if you try to enter a cut off date then the script produces errors!

By the look of the developer MIA I'm guessing this isn't going to get fixed anytime soon.

Nathan2006 02-28-2007 09:18 PM

Will there ever be an update to 3.64?

I really like this one :)

Champster 03-04-2007 08:13 PM

I'm editing the Referrer template now to add <html></html> so that users grab a html code for a banner and place it on their site. I'm getting a error image (red x) display.

How would I get the html code to display in a fashion where my members can copy and paste such as this.

HTML Code:

<a href="http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=933601-0000&PA=YOUR AFFILIATE CODE"><img src="your banner selection url provided below" border="0" alt="Insane Nissan forums"></a>

NVM...I figured it out.

DM

I just got this thing to work after I needed it to run a recruitment contest.

First (very important - and this messed me up till I saw the code): You must enter the dates as DD-MM-YYYY not DD/MM/YYYY.

Second, the code provided earlier in this thread works, but it shows entries for people who recruited prior to the cutoff, but with zero recruitments.

The fix I did was to a simple typo. I have attached to this message a working copy of the code.

This worked for me, your mileage may vary.

Has anyone tested this ?

DieselMinded 06-27-2007 09:18 PM

It works !!!! and running on 3.6.7pl1 .. I wish the Format was MM-DD-YYYY Tho , But i can somewhat avoid the end user confusion by starting contests after the 12th day of the month like so

13-06-2007

If it was started before the 12th is would look like this

03-06-2007

End user thinking

March 6th 2007 but in reality its June 3rd 2007

Lag 07-21-2007 11:10 PM

i get this at the top of the referrers.php page

Code:

Sergioh 08-04-2007 08:26 PM

Is there a way to put this on another page? I want to include it in my sidebar.

induslady 08-31-2007 01:14 PM

Hello,

I like this mod showing referrer details.

Want to know if this words on vB version 3.6.3 onwards?
ALso, can any member run to find out their referrer statistics? Will they be able to see the referrals made by other members?

Please let me know.

lasto 09-16-2007 03:31 PM

tylercruz 11-18-2007 04:34 PM

Does not appear to be working properly on 3.6.8 - it does not show some members. I was running this fine on older versions, but does not appear to work with 3.6.8. Sigh. Anyone know any alternatives?

TCE Killa 12-27-2007 05:45 PM

I got it all up but where do you place the referrers link on your templates? Would it come up with the link or is there an option where you can make it come up like 'Referrers' - then you click on it and it takes you to referrers? I am using 3.6.8. Thanks.

Alfa1 01-28-2008 06:34 AM

Does anyone have this working on vb 3.7?

GuaRRand 02-08-2008 08:47 AM

I have it working on 3.6.x.

One thing though, if you still update it that is :D
Can you implement an option to automaticly remove old referrers (ones that have been inactive since x period).

thanks
