First I had set it to a minimum of 25 words, but it was a little to much so I reduced it to 10, but people with posts with more than 10 words still dont get their sigs displayed ?

perhaps signatures are removed due to another limitation configured in the options (like "Minimum Post Count")?

no, I've checked both. The user got more words than min. and so with the postcount.
