thx alot, man, the images display nowl good work!

only one question left, some skins display incorrectly...could u check it out, or u can view it on my site by changing skins.

@jimmyboy: there was a double slash in some links of one skin so redownload and replace the members.php file, setting the full path again.

No, the 'regular' vB Phrase Manager...
ACP -> Language & Phrases -> Phrase Manager
and look for the vMembers Phrase Type

calorie, i downloaded it again, and uploaded it, still.. same problem occurs: the width of the table is too big to fit in one page....

suggestions on future release:

1: features on editing Agreements directly in the admincp

2: download times can be controled.

3: to be continue.
