I have had similar complaints.

It pops up ocassionally for me in FF, but others say it happens ALOT.

To Fix this adjust Left Offset and Right Offset on the e360-SnowStorm / SmashingXmasLights setting the screen resolution will have nothing to do with it

Hi, I installed it but now I can't access my site as it says 'server error' and when I went to uninstall it as the admincp is the only part of my site that is accessible the whole products section does not open. It is just a blank white screen. Please help as I don't know how to fix this.

did you do step 1. Upload e360mods folder to your forum root?

Yeah, I followed everything but now my site is inaccessible and I can't uninstall the XML file.
I do have vBadvanced installed so I am not sure whether they conflicted or something

it might be vBadvanced try to restart server

<font color="Red">Thanks for your help because I found the cause, I didn't upload the folder 'e360mods' itself I uploaded the contents separately so it failed. I have managed to fix it and thank you for the mod. </font>
