I have the Pro version and use it on vBulletin 4.2.0 and is working as wanted.

I'm guessing that's a no for Vb5 Then ?, as there would be no point me purchasing this pro version not to have it on our VB5 site once completed.

I have the Pro version. It doesn't work on 4.2 "from the box" and not updated ago.

The mod works with 4.2 without PL3. Once you install/upgrade to PL3 to fix the vulnerability/exploit, the mod crashes. He's been working on it supposedly, but I can't get him to respond to my IM's.

Funny, every time he signs on and I send him a message at random intervals, he signs off. SMH.

Developer is still unresponsive. Recommend paypal dispute if you still have time and have a paid version.

At this point, I don't want his fix, I want my refund.

same here, bought the mode long time ago though didnt get any support \ help \ any answer for months, the guy just disappeared.

when i asked for a refund few months later, got a negative answer .

The same with the "Newsletter"-Mod from the author...now working (vb 4.2) and no answers, no refund....

I've also tried emailing Giovanni; with no joy

I really need to get access to the Pro version I bought....

ProvB product support isn't handled through my primary email guys, it's handled at either ProvB's support email, or the Product Support forum itself. Sorry if I didn't make that clear on this thread, there's a "Product Support" link on ProvB if you've brought premium though.
