Go to Admincp>FAQ>Add new FAQ Item

The Forum Rules now appear at the top of the Help page yourwebsite/faq.php

Now go to Admincp>Languages & Phrases>Search in Phrases

Search for Text: I have read

Click Find.

Click the Edit button for read_agree_abide_by_rules

Translation:

I have read, and agree to abide by the {1}
<a href="https://publicopinion.online/faq.php/">rules</a>.

(My website is publicopinion.online - use your own website instead.)

Click Save.

Now you have provided new users with the forum rules. :)
