Under Spam Settings:

Autharized domain names = "is blank"

Spam Bad String = "Content-Type:, MIME-Version:, Content-Transfer-Encoding:, bcc:, cc:"

If I turn on Anti Spam, are these ok to leave as is, and it work fine?

Did I upgrade to the latest files correctly?

I upgraded by uninstalling the .xml file, and overwriting all the files on the server, then reinstalling the new 4.6.4 .xml file?

Hi, I noticed after I updated to your latest version, that the "agent online/offline" moved from the side panel to the header. Is this correct?

This is being changed within the next version to be within the side block.

odd, Cause the version I installed last week, had it in the side block, and the new one you posted the other day moved it to the header? Which is better?

Hi Michael, thanks for a fantastic mod.

Can you please tell me how to you turn off Live Support altogether if I don't want to use it?

Also I must be doing something wrong because I cant find the link to add a support ticket??
Attached is the category view and the 2nd image is after I click on a category.

This will be changed in the next release.

The free version here will not have the option to turn off the live support.
But if you dont want to use it then you will have to edit the templates to disable it.

If you need to know what templates let me know and i will post here.
