Is there a way to keep the timer from re-setting everytime the screen refreshes? I have the banners for 3 minutes, but whenever I go to another page, the first banner always re-appears, instead of continuing to the next banner after the next 5 minutes. :)

For those of you who install and don't see anything in Quicklinks just use this URL:

http://yourdomainname.com/misc.php?do=vsabannman

or

http://yourdomainname.com/forums/misc.php?do=vsabannman

or whatever is appropriate and it will work fine.

I am having problem with the nav bar, only happens in ie8, works fine in firefox

as you can see the banner covers the dropdown menu, and disables the links in menu
running 4.03, did not have this issue in 4.02

fixed itself when I started showing banner on all pages and not just the index

To upgrade:
-Import XML, allow overwrite
