... and you guys with the white pages are 100% positive that when you imported the product-v3arcade.xml file into your products manager, that there were no issue?

Rather than selecting "ACP => v3 Arcade => Settings", try "ACP => vBulletin Options => Arcade General Settings" as they both point to the same place. If you don't see the "Arcade General Settings" from the "vBulletin Options" listing, then it means the product was not fully installed.

@Booth: No, if you have a branding free license already then you're all set to go. Even though it is a new team working on the project we are trying to pick up the pieces right where John left off. That means your account over at v3Arcade.com should still be there with the branding free license associated with it. If you have problems getting into your account, send me a PM somewhere and I'll take look.

Many thanks :)

Having trouble installing games from the official site, I get an XML error.

Also how do I remove branding free now, I see that in my V3 site control panel my branding free is intact :)

For the XML error, check to make sure all of your arcade related folders are writable (chmod 0777) during the installation process.

For removing the branding, check here.

what am i suppose to do next? i uploaded the flash file and the image file to the /admincp/games folder and did the chmod stuff, and when i goto import, it doesnt show anything. says no games to import.

Ok so I jsut tried to upload the xml file to my forum. I then get this error.

Warning: require_once([path]/includes/class_database_analyse.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/admincp/plugin.php(1995) : eval()'d code on line 3

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/pyro1082/domains/ptinvites.com/public_html/forums/includes/class_database_analyse.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/pyro1082/domains/ptinvites.com/public_html/forums/admincp/plugin.php(1995) : eval()'d code on line 3
