If a user is moved to my 'inactive users' usergroup will their secondary usergroups remain intact? If they're then restored will their secondary usergroup remain intact?

Secondary usersgroups are unaffected by this.

i suppose i can deactivate the daily cron through the scheduled tasks menu right? or i can change the frequency, right?

You could ........ but that would be a very bad idea, since it is the vbulletin daily cron, not specific to this modification. You will probably break something and/or have some unwanted side effects.

Thanks, just what I was looking for. Question though, does inactive mean not visiting the site or not posting? Would be very nice to have the option to move them if they haven't posted in x days.
