It works with vb4 but you get errors showing at the top of the page:
Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3895 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/forum/easy_pages.php(69) : eval()'d code on line 1 Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3895 |
I installed this product over a year ago starting with installing it on vBulletin v 3.7.1 all the way up to 3.8.4 PL2. works great for what it is and very useful to add some quick goods to your site. However I have always had the same issue with it. Once you have created a page clicking delete the page is not removed.
Link for Edit page: http://*******/admincp/golinks_admin...edit&pageid=11 Link for Delete: http://*********/admincp/golinks_adm...delete&pageid= there should be a pageid inserted a the end of the delete link but it's blank looking in the golinks_admin.php file I have this PHP Code:

Surely usergroup permissions can be inserted with a php conditional?
You can do that with Logician's Webtemplates and this looks similar. If all the standard VB page header is there then conditionals should work. Someone try out a conditional and post here if it works? |
Installed ... :)
Thank you Gio~Logist ... Works really well for the basic we need we had to put some information on a separate page ... Do we need to install that delete patch mentioned? Regards, Badger Edit: One problem I've noticed is that when someone goes into an Easy Page, it shows up in the "Whos On-Line" as: Unknown Location /easy_pages.php?p=xxxx That's pretty dangerous from a security point of view, as it broadcasts to everyone the page location. Is there any way to stop this from happening? |

It's already PUBLIC in the Who's On-line list for everyone's members to see and click on? Am I missing something? Thanks for the feedback... :) Regards, Badger |

I think it might be me misinterpreting your orignal point.... ;) If so, my apologies ... :o We don't have a problem with it as the only way we use it is to get to a page for our on-line "live" help system for operators to login for support. It's useless for anyone who doesn't have a login name and password to get past that point anyway. We ONLY provide our moderators with the link to this page and don't use it for anything else, so it's not part of our regular web site for members. I guess what I was saying was that the for anyone who was expecting any kind of permissions or access control in whatever they put on that page, it isn't get going to happen with this particular mod, as the page iappears in the clear on the "Who is On-line" page and can be clicked on there.
