Im now using Inferno vBShout Lite 2.5.0 ..so izzit this Chatbox also help reduce loading for cpu too ?

Ok when talking about loads..does this take more server load than vbshout the ajax version? I have it and working fine. It's just that any mod begining with Cyb is a must for me and I know right off it's the best..please advise.
