Seek the problem within your installation. I installed this on a 3.6.7 PL-1, and it worked fine...

Error when rating others

And on clicking vote, it is redirecting to member.php :(

Maybe it takes a couple of tries, because after i did that it worked fine.

Try uninstalling then importing again.
