Excellent Modification, ra7al!

I noticed by default that Moderators had the ability to use Stamps in all forums they moderate. However, Super Moderators are by default set to not be able to use Stamps.

You edit the Super Mods the same as the regular Mods except they have global Mod powers so it's only one link.

Do you have any stamps to customize as well?
