Great add-on for your great hack, kudos to you for both of them..:)

Just a question as am testing on test board first, that when it creates the thread in forum, it also links to the thread in the file info no worries, but the link is incorrect in that it's missing part of it.

EG: -
Code:

http://mytestsite.com/showthread.phpxxxx
is what it shows as link to new thread

whereas it should read

http://mytestsite.com/test/showthread.phpxxxx
Anyone have any ideas how I can rectify this problem please?

Hey CyberRanger i dont know if this is of any help to you. Regarding my query a few posts back when i click 'Add new event' on my calendar, the word 'Gallery' is automatically in the title box.

The only way to do that is to edit the download entry once you've configured this add-on. If you edit the entry, the add-on will look to see if a thread already exists and create one if it doesn't. But, no "mass" way to do it.
