To continue I have contacted the people at Ebony luv numerous times but they seem to think that they dont have to follow copyright since they belive that these images coulndt possibly worhty of copyright. Hope no one tell Microsoft not to sue over icons any more then. I found they're public dns ino and started sending notifcations to their hosts and registrars. I got one good reply already:

I don't have a dog in this fight but I do know a thing or two about copyright protection and enforcement of images. Another thing I know is Mike (mholtum) very well and he has been around this community for a long time and is not the person you are making him out to be. They all make a good point here. You have gotten your images removed and are now just being a jerk and accusing people with no proof of your accusations. Maybe you're the one that needs to get out of here with your whining. And don't bother to tell me I can't relate because I suffer a hell of alot more theft than you ever will and I don't act like a 10 year old about it and go to people's sites and run my mouth...I just take care of business when I have proof.

Proof? Umm the images, text etc was on his site!! What more do you need? Would you like the video of the grassy knoll as well? Please. He is the one that says he didnt copy but that a member on vb.org sold them to him. I think we all want that proof. If it happened here then I know I do.

Once he removed them (the images, banners and text) I let him off the hook, removed his site and apologized in the pm, he pm'd me back that all was good and done. I show up tonight and what do I see? Him attacking me!! How honorable is that??

He's not letting up so then neither am I. He try's to playing a victim even though he and a few others were caught red handed. In his case though he is blaming vb.org, not taking responsibility for his own actions.

And no, not all the images have been removed. I am glad you dont ahve a dog in this fight since you obvisouly dont understand the importance of branding and maintaining it.

Final straw I'm afraid.

Obviously this thread is just going to run out of control.

As stated elsewhere, it is a site owners responsibility to protect their site and take any action needed, and despite the fact this has nothing to do with vb.org we have let this thread run so far, however, it's now just turning into a series of public fights and it serves no purpose to allow this to continue.
