As said on VBSEO site itself you have to exclude the vbgooglemapme as it handles data differently from normal.

That should be indicated in the pdf file.

Also don't forget to set the APPROVAL in the settings. Usergroup permissions are also important.

It's all in the FILE.

Make sure you upload the images to all your styles.

Also in the backend (admincp) you have to select what image is linked to what usergroup and if the usergroup should appear or not.
