Theres a problem with mine though. When I click on a user's name in the shoutbox, instead of going to the user's profile, the shoutbox goes blank until I refresh. Any way to fix this?

That's not a problem Chachacha, it's a feature, it allows private chats on the shoutbox.

Thanks for enlightening me... but what if I don't want that feature and just want the username to link to their profile? Is that possible?

I cant get this working with version 3.7.3 patch lvl 1.

-Upload files
-Upload product - xml file
-Add <!--{%SHOUTBOX%}--> under $navbar on Forum -> FORUMHOME.

Doesnt show up.

Anyone know anything i could try?
