It should work with no problems.

If you discover any problems you can simply downgrade to older version by importing product with overwrite checked. Just don't uninstall product, as uninstall process removes Donation logs and hack settings.

Installed on 3.6.8 and so far so good!

Really appreciate having subscriptions again.
