The Display_Visitors template contains all the html to display this. :)

No.

It you want it to inject the html automatically, you need to add the comment <!-- end logged-in users --> in the template as this is what it looks for - otherwise manually copy the contents of the Display_Visitors template into your FORUMHOME template.
