How can i deny acces for a certain user without create an extra Usergroup for him?

I am using vBulletin? Version 3.7.0 Release Candidate 1

No way to really do that as the program is currently designed. Also, if you are using this version of ecDownloads, it has many, many security holes. You need to upgrade to the latest version - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=120122

Hello,
i am sorry i am already using Downloads II (ecDownloads 5.0) but i postet here by mistake.
What a pity that i can not do this. So i have to create an extra group for this User.
