I have installed this on VB 4.2. The chatbox shows up nicely on the forumpage, and the options show up fine in the AdminCP.
However, the chatbox states it is loading, but it does not load content.
I have checked for the possible problematic Apache module, but that one is not loaded on the server. Still, gave the edit of the htaccess file a chance, but no effect.
VB Diagnostics show there is a "Suhosin" module loaded: " Suhosin can limit the amount of data submitted and encrypt cookies causing problems with several aspects of vBulletin. "
Might this be the issue? If so, how to resolve it?

The installation i ran:
Uploaded the admincp files to the admincp folder on the server.
Uploaded the includes files to the includes folder, and the files of the subfolder XML to that subfolder on the server.
Uploaded the mgc_cb_evo folder to the forum root
Uploaded the mgc_cb_evo folder in the images folder to the misc folder in images folder on the server.
Imported the product in the adminCP.
Anything wrong on that?

What i want to do is for my admin to get a notification as well when anyone reports a chat but he's not getting one only me

It looks promising, but alas I could not get the 'loading problem" resolved. Admitted, I did not do a message to the coder here, but as he has not been only since jan this year one would not expect a reply. Since the mod is free, one cannot expect/demand support in all fairness. Thus uninstalled it. Pity, as it looked promising.

Sadly, can't seem to access their site to get the Pro version that is mentioned. Sucks.

i have upload images in images/misc/my theme and in images/misc
