no explantions as to only one style gets the templates? nobody else with this issue? magnus, is this becuase 1.0 was never removed? (and had no uninstall?)

if you set one of your skins as the master, and the rest as sub skins, you won't have to apply the templates to all the skin sets...

I have this problem as well. Here's what I found out, and this happens for all hacks that I have installed where templates are automatically added.

Most installers will add templates only to the styleid 1, because normally that is the default style. However, by some sort of issue in my conversion to vB3 from vB2, my styles appear like this:

vBulletin 3 (styleid 2, parent style)
- Default (styleid 1, child style)
- Black/Grey (styleid 3, child style)

So, when it adds the templates, it only adds them to one child style, and not the parent style. That is why normally my styleid 3 never has the templates, and I have to upload them manually.

Your best plan of action is to edit the installer file and change the styleid in there to whatever is the parent styleid in your forums.

from your information, rather than modifying the installation script from only installing for the default scheme, i simply cycled the default sheme and ran part one only of the installation for each.

24 hours later, i have 100 installed vbgarages.

Blank pages are because you are missing templates. Check all your styles against the templates in the default style and make sure you have all the templates added to all styles.

quick question if its already been answered please forgive me i read till page 40 !! so here my problem:

i've installed and all is ok except 2 things:

1) the thumbs looks orizontaly wich stretch page see attached picture please:

2) vbgarage integrate the board navbar on the default and grey styles but since i am using others style like plasma/fusion skins, i do not know how to add it to nav bar on those skin any idea?
