May i know how much credits does the thanked person received per thanks? And where's the settings for it?Thanks

if you install the thanks hack-credits addon (look in the extra/addon folder of the main zip) then you will find the settings for that in the usergroup editor

Sorry,2 more question if you dont mind.Whats the row name for the vbcredits if i were to manually add them using a query?

i.e

UPDATE user SET vbcredits=vbcredits+100 WHERE userid IN (1, 11)

Is that it?

And is there a way to disallow certain usergroups from donating their credits to another?Thats because some might just have duplicate accounts to do so.

You know, a snazzy option for a future addition might be an admin option to disallow donations from users to users with the same IP addresses. Maybe a little box you can fill in to allow specific IPs for those special cases where family members use the same computer. Just a thought. I have no idea how feasible that is.

Fantastic mod! A couple questions though:

1) I want to award 1 point everytime someone posts. Is there any quick way I can award users for their current post count? When I installed the mod, everyone had 0 credits, regardless of how many posts they have.

2) When users are in more than one usergroup, the credits seem to be adding up different. Instead of getting 1 point per post, I get something entirely different. It only seems to work fine with users in 1 usergroup. Is there anyway around this? I would prefer to keep my usergroups the same. Thanks.

the row is `credits`. 1.4 has usergroup locks :) (not 1.3, sorry)

1) yes, use the mass credit updater located at the bottom of the update counters screen. you can update most awards, not just posting :)

2) are you sure you dont have post size awards enabled? (per char / word)

Can you verify?

You can use admin log in as user hack posted somewhere here.
you can log in as any user by that mod and check their problem and find solution. :)

Probably one of the best, most feature-full and easy to install points system I've seen on any board software.

Well done on this. It truly is an amazing piece of code.
