There should be a list of options in vB Options under "Zoints Profile Options." I am not aware of just giving access to certain usergroups, but you could limit member profile viewing through the vB Usergroup manager. But if you are attempting to let only one group see the Zoints profile options, but have the rest of your usergroups see the standard vB profiles, then I don't really believe its possible without probably a lot of work on your end I would have to imagine.

I am running into the same issue: Config file cannot be found.

Only this has caused our entire forum to go down.

I have tried the above suggested, but I'm getting the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare probability() (previously declared in /.........../vbulletin/z/includes/functions.php:8) in /............/vbulletin/includes/functions.php on line 11

Where do I even start? This is a major issue for our board...eek!

If you haven't already, please open a support ticket at network.zoints.com to explain the actions you took in your unistall and include in your ticket a temporary admin account and ftp login info. Without knowing more, I can't help you and this way one of the staff members should be able to help you quickly after your ticket is submitted as I have a meeting to attend shortly.

We'll get it resolved, but it's best to work from a ticket regarding an urgent problem like this.

I have sent a ticket in already.

I have also managed to get Zoints reinstalled and have now uninstalled it, but I still have the same error on the forum...

I'll update the ticket...

This has been resolved.

After much nail biting and hair pulling, I figured it out...though I'm still not sure what caused it.

Too bad I can't close my own ticket on the Zoints page....perhaps when they read it for the first time they will see that.

Somehow, in the process of trying to reinstall and everything, some vBUlletin files were overwritten.

I can't say for sure what exactly happened....I do know that we were still having problems and ended up having to restore the search.php file for some strange reason....

notrious, please open up a ticket at network.zoints.com with a url to your site and any notes you can provide about the installation process. Before determining if any login details would be needed for us to assist you, let's get that step out of the way.
