What is the process of upgrading to 4.2 if im currently on 3.8 and have the 3.8 version of this mod installed (v3.0.0)?

1) Should I first upgrade, uninstall it and install the 4.x version of this mod?

2) Uninstall it before upgrading to 4.x then install the 4.x version of this mod after upgrade of forum is complete?

Also, would uninstalling remove the the tables originally created by this mod? What are those tables?

FYI - I have the pro version but site (http://www.mgcproducts.com/icart.php...ct&productid=4) says that it supports up to 4.1.x, will it work fine with 4.2.x?

I got the same problem, where did you set to allow admins to view it????

In your admin CP -> usergroup manager
You have to set the options for each usergroup

Will donate $10 to whoever can fix my security token issue.

Been using chatbox for like 2 years, never an issue... Suddenly today using Chrome & FireFox I cant see the chat.. If I try to type in it, I get the missing security token error msg.

Tried 3 different browsers.. no luck

Help? $20!

Many of my users, when type a phrase, the chat push them down the forum, and I've tested on some windows laptop having the same result: when I enter a phrase, and enter, I'm immediately below the chat, that disappears.

Am I the only one that faces this problem?
I also have bought the new registered user notifications, but I still have no license file. Since 8th of May.

Default install, chatbox only sits there.
Followed the instructions to the letter.

Advice on troubleshooting?

Need way more info buddy..

Vbulletin version
PHP version
Windows/Apache

What does it do, what errors show up in Google/IE/FF/Chrome developer/error console?

Did you enable it for all the usergroups?
