OK, this has broken my quick reply and I can't get it back.

Disabled the product, and still broken.

Any help?

i need help -- in the tutorial for install it states

Seems like there are js problems, did you upload the new version of those file and revert all chatbox templates ?

I promised and I made it ... This is the align username and shouts option.

For the button, this is the pm one ? (with two buddies on the image) If yes I have checked the language file and it's in english.

i have uploaded the js file succefully but still see it blicknig

also on the pm channel it seems whenever i enter a msg the text goes to the main channel and not to the pm channel

If you remove it does it works ? Is chatbox active in showthread for you ?

This is in the style manager, in the dropdown list select main css and then go to the bottom of the page where you'll find Additional CSS

The PM channel contains all the shouts you have send to users in private so even in the PM channel, you have to type the /pm command.

Plz don't edit your messages once they are sent if you want me not to don't see them ;)

/mp is that a pm comand since when i click on the brush icon it sows me that way

also i did follow ur instruction how to upload the english language.. but it seems the buttonstill shows french language on the new icon button
and also it still bumb the shoutbox to the top
