I had flash chat working fine I moved servers and reinstalled flash chat and now it works if i go to the page but if i click the link on my nav bar a blank box come up
|
I don't know why but after integrating FC 4.5.7 with vbulletin 3.5 it is asking for login upon entering live chat, however I installed (twice) with CMS enabled and selected vb 3.5. I've re-installed this module as well updated, vb35 php file also.
I even cleared out the tables for FC from the database first. Please assist |
By the way, my chat is installed at :
/forumroot/chat Would I have to edit anything in the xml or php files to adjust to this? |

Hi @all
Hello Paul M, thx a lot for your great work. My problem is the customer live support. I've set the liveSupportMode to true. After entering chat/flashchat.php the login screen appears. I entered a username without a password, but the login screen appears again. I should enter a valid username and password. What's wrong? Autologin with registered users in accordingly usergroups works perfect. Kind Regards, Stoebi |
Have you edited vbulletin35CMS.php to set which usergroups should use the live support mode ?
