Ok i see whats causing the error :)
If you dont have any categories the foreach dosent know what to handle so it errors out, just make a category and your good to go;.

Is it possible to change the address form to something like "Email Address" "Paypal" etc...?

EDIT: Actually is it possible to completely disable/remove the address form?

Just wondering if I can get this to work on 3.6.4. Might be a while before we can upgrade 3.6.8. The XML currently won't import on my version.

I have it on 3.6.5 and it works like a dream

The import of the XML stops and tells me that I need 3.6.5 or higher. I'm one point off.
