this is a great hack, but there is no sound in firefox. It works perfectly fine with IE (the sound plays), but no sound with firefox. btw everything else works perfect.

Installed but disabled a few days ago due to affecting page load times on a moderately busy forum.

Can someone help me out? The "im window" won't load on the front page.

I PMed the developer, still no response:(

i use FF and it says i need apple quicktime to get the sound working.. is there anyway to make it work with just the defaul ( WMP )

This is a really good hack just wish the author would get the bugs worked out I think making it a popup system instead of embedded in the page would help alot pop your pager msg up in a lil box instead of in the page and only open it once like the you have a new pm box does I think alot of problems comes from being embedded

The only problem with a popup system is in the ammount of users today that use pop-up blockers.

Check out LLP Messenger, it is a popup system and works very well.

Alright, this is a very weird problem I am having. I have installed Drupal Blog system, which can be found here:

The problem I am having is, when i go to the blogs page, I can SEND a pager, but I can't receive them. I have to go back to the main forum then it receives them.

I made the SAME template changes to Drupal for Pager install, but as i said EVERYTHING works, except receiving a pager. It just doesn't refresh the page in that location (i.e. forums/drupal/)

Has anyone figured out why this hack sucks up processor utilization?
