To be honest, it's a mobile platform and the chat isn't realistic on that.

You need more info too. Are they all using iFail's.... Are they all using safari? Did you try it in Dolphin browser? If it's only on a few and all on the same device there is your answer. ;)

I know though, for a fact it works on the iFail's because my forums chat works on my phone.

I wasn't trying to have it on the mobile style... The vb 4.x had the default mobile style that didn't show the chatbox (so it seemed) so after your post... I went into the chatbox options and told it to not put the chatbox in the mobile style... that solved the error. apparently some how the mobile style was referencing the chatbox somehow, enough to give some devices and error, and on others just not show the chatbox.

Most of the time, the issues are with the end user installing the mod, not the mod itself.

Is this correct display for the full page chat?

I'm running vB4.2.0 and this seems to have changed since I upgraded.
But I notice its the same on you site.

If anyone is in the same boat as I was in terms of that mobile browser error you can fix it by disabling the plugin and then re-enabling it under your product manager page.

It shouldn't be calling the chat in the mobile style. Good catch.......

I'll see if I can replicate and I think the mobile style uses new functions so VBDev, I think if statements or something for the style might need updated.
