You do not have to go far to find games. I found around 1,000 games by looking through all of the pages of this thread.

The FTP wont let me login, tells me it needs a username and password now.

mike, try uploading the original init.php and then see if it works, then try modifying it again... im not too smart with these kinda things but u may have done something wrong to it

no the only think I did was remove the name from the post bit so just the picture shows up

I tried it and it has the same error except on a different line. It looks to me like its the same fricken line of code, except on a different line. lol if that makes sense.

Okay I have figured out the problem, apparently my server manager has upgraded our server to php 4.3.10 and has not yet upgraded Zend Optimizer. Everything should work once its upgraded.

on that line in the file is it pointing to a different file?

well that makes sense, i woulda never thought of that

idn if i said it before but after upgradin to vb 3.0.7 it took me less than 7 minutes to put everything back for arcade u geniuses make me tear :nervous: :nervous: :lick:

I can't find that file with ed2k

I upgraded vB 3.0.7 and reapplied the arcade hack. After the upgrade I have permissions issues when trying to access the arcade. Any ideas?

I upgraded 2 3.07 and now my games images don't work nor arcade images

I originally had 3.0.6 an did the full upgrade to 3.0.7. (not just the mod)

I had the vcash and the v3arcade mod, and the upgrade went well.

You didnt edit one of the files needed for the images to show up.

I've got a problem on mine -- After someone plays a game, it isn't transmitting the score. It just stays on the game page and shows "Transmitting Score" or just the game's background and never pushes the browser to the next page. Any ideas on where to look? Thanks!

216 pages! Wow!!! I know this has been covered but there is no way I am searching through all of these posts..

I have over 200 games in my arcade right now and it takes a while to load. All the games are on one page. Is there a way I can split them up onto more pages??

Just find $perpage = in Arcade.php and add the number of games per page after that

Excellent hack. My members love it.

The Space Invaders game is buggy though. The last 3-4 times I've played it, it just quit out on me for no reason at all. I had lots of lives, and I didn't get shot, but it ended like I just lost my last life.

It really pisses me off too. Cause one of our members has totally kicked my ass on nearly all the games, and I need to retake my high score at Space Invaders, but it the game crashes every time I try! grrrr.

The default is 10 per page if I remember correctly, did you purposely set it to display all or did it happen by accident after applying a hack?

The line that controls the games per page as mentioned in a previous post is:

Whatever that is set to is how many you should see unless something is wrong.

You should maybe consider the categories mod too for so many games to help categorise them better, this will also help split them up.
