Do we have to upgrade? Being completely new to all of this and having had someone else install this for me, I am really not comfortable doing it myself and can't afford to have this person do any upgrades. Will things be okay if I leave them as is for a while?

I've translated a lot of vbux/vbplaza 1.5.4 phrases into Italian.
If Il upgrade to 1.5.5 version I'll lose this translation?

why don't you guys copy your translations....is there like an export or anything like that?? or maybe someone versed in coding can do it....or maybe change the name of the phrases so they are not over written lol then after the upgrade undo the name change lol...i dunno probably not a good idea...but those are all i have....

i try export lang to backup, then upgrade hack and import lang again. But still lost phrases not belong to main vbulletin phrases groups. ;)

I think you can change this in Phrase manager. Searsh fore points, and every phrase that have "points" in it, will come up.

Well now al my members are upset. I had to disable the thief funtion until I get this all fix.

Inside the ACP vbplaza under manage options the bank option no longer exist, also the bank cannot be used by any member,
when the enter bank is clicked on, it displayes the message "You are not allowed to purchase this item".
Now when I try adding another Bank, the ID for the original bank is 13 but the ID for the new bank is 501. what I need to know is, how can I add a new bank or call the old one back or change the itemid to match the new bank. so that when it is called for it can be accessed?.

then its been installed incorrectly, as mine, and everyone elses bank options seem to be working ok....

Actually it was working fine since the install. last thursday it stopped working, unless I inadvertently deleted it,but there is no reason why I would want to delete it since it was working with no problems.
Is there a way to add another bank that can be accessed by my members?

because its built into vbplaza now, just go to vbbux --> manage subscriptions

People are complaining that they are getting "You don't have enough points to process this transaction" when trying to view a thread. How can I stop this?

i had the same problem...don't know how to fix it so i just gave mass give points occasionally..but you should post it in the official forum....would get a response there.

that is the official forum for problems to be heard seen and fixed ;) he doesn't answer here anymore and he has stated as of the last update to post in the premium support forum for his help. this thread is too long to sort through and get everyone fixed. He can indiviualize his attention there. search your problem and if there is no fix....I suggest :

1. Search keywords a few different ways if no results that help move to step 2
2. Start a NEW THREAD
3. Use problem for SUJECTsuch as "Thread Viewing" or "Problem with threads and point transaction" not "help problem with vbplaza" or similar
4. Wait for a reply as he is very busy as you will see when you get there
5. Do not hijack some's thread unless you have the exact same issue. it will most likely go ignored or you will be told to start your own thread for help.

These are just suggestions. so when another person goes to search the forum they can find the help they need also. thats why you search the problem first and then use your problem for subject when you create a new thread. plus you get one on one attention when you have searched and not found the answer and then started your own thread. respect the coders time and don't post a new thread when it could've been searched and found before.

how exactly do I make things dependant on this? I was looking through the 'shop' and see things like 5m points for sig use. But user can already use a sig. Hopw do I disable these features untill they purchase them via the store?
