Yes, I think this is caused by the fact I upgraded my board from VB3.0.3 to vb3.0.7 last week and since then it seems to have disappeared, I looked in my phrases and there are a lot, so why would this one disappear? How do I fix this?

Re-run the install script selecting the Override option as well.

after inputing where i wanted shout box to show hitting save and refreshing browser hey presto my shout box..

now what? I tried to uninstall and still got my original errors before I upped the new queries.php

Don't bother replying I have installed what is possibly the worst hack IN THE WORLD EVER..
over 50 pages of complaints and no resolve this hack SUCKS

That's the reason for my reply! As I said works fine for me and not the choice of the board to remove a hack just cause you can't get it to work!
