i have applied this hack and it seems to put the box at the top of the thread not after the last one......Any idea running v2.2.9

What do i have to do to make the quick reply sunscribe you to threads so that people get the email notifcations when someone else replys?

Did anyone ever find a way to insert quotes directly into the Quick Reply box (similar to vB3)?

I've also slightly modified the Quick Reply box to display things the way I want them displayed, as shown here.

I have a very twisted problem

Every time I quick reply in a thread that is stickied, it gets un-stickied.

Any ideas? I'm lost on this one.

you installed it at the wrong place in your template, throw it in a wysiwyg and move it that way ;)

Ok, I've had this hack working fine for months, then today I had some server troubles and had to reinstall the OS. Now I get when using the quick reply box, but I can still reply normally. Any ideas?

Found out the problem. I had forgotten to change "file_uploads" in php.ini to On. Works now.

i get this fault message.
when i try to replay.
i use vb2.2.9

lol sorry i did not read the last message.. i got the same problem with php.ini setup.
