Installed latest version. The Rules link is now showing up. However when you click on it it gives you a DB error.

Database error in vBulletin 3.7.2:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT * FROM vb_tmnt_rules;

MySQL Error : Table 'smallbal_vbforums.vb_tmnt_rules' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

Installed with yes for overwrite selected.
