Does this work on 3.8?
|
I just installed AME 2.0.2 (or so i think, the latest non beta version anyhow) on my vbulletin 3.7.5 install with vbadvanced and vbseo. Now the problem i am having is the rss feeds, its putting the link to the video but the code is messed up. I'm sure theres an easy fix for it or its a setting i'm overlooking, but i figured i'd ask here first. If i have to i can disable the rss feeds to those forums, but i'd rather see if there some way of fixing it otherwise. To view the rss problem you can goto the following url: http://www.teamxcm.com/forums/external.php?forumids=13
Or if i can include a pic i will do so here. Thanks again for your time :) |

It sorts posts a link to the video, if you hover the <font... link it shows in the bottom of the browser the actual url, and i'm assuming if you clicked it, you'd be directed to that url, but the link on the rss page is just being displayed wierd. I'll see if changing the rss type will make a difference. That is if i can find the setting :/

Hrmm i have no idea how to change the datatype to rss2. I'll do a search and see if i can find anything.

Should be in your vB Options >>> External Data Provider
|
I enabled podcasting, which seems to be the rss2 feature, but nothing has changed. Not sure what to do to fix this. Its still a great mod, but i may have to find out how to disable rss from certain forums where videos will be posted :/

is it 3.8 compatible?
