It won't let me go to page 2 on Manage Affiliates in AdminCP.

Thanks, replacing the bitfield_vbaffiates worked for me.

Cron is in your adminCP, it's a set of tasks/maintenance scripts that you run at times you determine.

AdminCP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Scheduled Task Manager

The cron in this particular script is "Affiliate Records Dump". I'm not entirely sure what that does since I don't have this installed, but I hope that at least answers part of your question.

The permissions wont show in 3.5.3, even if i did the edits and i even overwrited the bitfield.

I'm getting the no permissions error. I've narrowed it to the this:

download that attachment and delete the file on your server and upload the that one you just downloaded make sure you Rebuild Bitfields and reset the usergroup options..

So if you want the one that adding their ad in there pay for their time, is there a script like that or am I missing something?

Ok i've got this all installed and working fine on my site. But when somebody signs up to become an affiliate and after i've approved them, it dont send out the email to the webmaster of there site.

I'm getting a error when I try to run the task it says:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/rdsx667/public_html/forum/includes/cron/affiliate_emptyrec.php on line 3

Hi i've installed your hack, but after i've approved a site thats wish to become an affiliate it doesn't send the email to them!!! Do you have any idea why this don't happen.

i think he gave up on it.... its buggy i just switched to top sites hack works great

I have a problem when I try and add over 10 affiliates and I click onto the next page, I cannot see the affiliate on the other page, so I can not add more than 10 affiliates, is there anyway to fix this?

Have you set your group permissions?

I didnt see anything relating to the affiliates mod within group permissions. Where exactly would I look?

Just installed on my board and having the same issue.

maybe we should just try a different plugin for affiliates. No blame going out but maybe if we make plugins or mods we should maybe beta test several times on our own machines before releaseing it out with so many problems. Just my 2 cents. i amsure no one cares.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm on 3.5.4 also and after following all steps I don't get anything in usergroups. Is there a way to fix this yet? If not does anyone know where I could put code in the .php to enable usergroups. I don't mind going in and adding the IDs by hand.

i installed this while ago, then uninstalled. So when trying to re-installed, it errored. So i had to drop tables through CPanel in order to re-install. But now there's no permisissions in Usergroup manager. Ideas?

Now installed on vb 3.6.1, however the same issues appeared on 3.5.4.

Issue 1. In the affiliates admin only the first page of affiliates is showing there should be 22 pages of affiliates.

Issue 2. Similar only the first page of affiliates in decending alphabetical order shows in the forum.

Seems like a lot of people are getting this error without a fix:

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
