Actually I am having this problem too..

Ok-Yeah--just remove the url from control_content_background and then you can change colors. I get that but what if you want to go back to using the button images? Do you just add the url for images/buttons to the background image path??

Sorry to ask such easy questions but I am just starting to figure out this new stylevars system..

Just one more question-When you go into "Edit Profile" there is very small text there that blends in with the style and cannot be seen at all. Can this be fixed in stylevars? I have looked and cannot find it.

One more question,

If you go into settings/edit avatars there is a gray background with some very small text that is almost impossible to see. I am sure there must be other places in the style with this issue as well.

New thread buttons--It seems that only the hover portion of the buttons are displaying. I was able to change the shade to make these easier to view but how do I get back to just displaying the button images? Deleting the image url from the stylevars table did nothing..

Attached is the image of the color text issue..disregard the "edit avatar" text being highlighted. It happened during the screen shot selection.. It is the very small barely noticeable text..

We released a Pixel Platinum on our website

RichieBoy67 - I think the grey backgrounds a mistake. Its something that is transparent that shouldn't be.

Yeah, I agree but can you tell me where this is? The only thing I have changes so far is the setting that effects the new thread buttons...

Most of the buttons I still have to fix though too--Can you please let me know how I can change the buttons? I know it must be another stylevar that contains your image url but I am just really starting to learn all of the stylevars so it is difficult to find this one..

I think I got it--

control_content_hover_backround--I believe I just have to remove the url from there in order to get the standard buttons working.. still haven't figured out the other issue though but I am going to keep going through the stylevar dictionary here..

-Re-download Package 1 and overwrite images in directory
-Merge Into existing style from Download/Upload Styles in admincp. Ignore Style version: Yes

@RichieBoy Recently the biggest changes were sometimes upgrading from one version to the next, properties were lost or slight alterations. I've also shrinked the image sizes by compressing them so the theme loads faster. So if you want, upload the images and overrwrite the current ones for a faster performing theme.

Marked as installed and a really great looking style, but found one issue with 4.0.6. If you use a secondary header in your CMS grid it doesn't recognize it and places the secondary grid in your columns.

Love the style other than that. Great work

Just thought I would try it on 4.0.7, seems all I get is a black background. No idea if that's normal, or is there a fix, or do we need to wait for a specific version? I am trying to use the space theme. It's looks fantastic.

Before I start I want to say that I freakin love this theme, but this one thing is really frustrating. All the 3-column grids including the ones you've included to download here just don't work with this style.

I'll set the "Fixed-Liquid-Fixed" style you've got here to download and it will work in the default vb-style perfectly, then I switch to White Wood and crash - I get this in the CMS.

I've gone through this thread and I've seen members with this same issue and so far it hasn't been resolved. Is there anything you can do to help me out? I really want to go with a 3 column theme, but no matter what 2 things always happen with White Wood -

The Right column never shows up
The size of the columns very rarely work the way they should.

And just an FYI, tried "Grid of all time" and that fails even harder. The grids just don't do what they're meant to do with this style...

Does this work for verison 4.0.6? because if it doesnt I am going to be devasted... lol I just tried on my site and it did not look right... If it doesnt work for 4.0.6 are you going to a update on it?

It showed up with no lines and super black I tried the space background and there was nothing just pitch black

Since the Stylevar's have been changed in 4.0.8, it broke a bunch of (default) color in the widgets. (backgrounds are white, text is white, etc)

Just an FYI. I'm pretty sure they're already ontop of things :P

I just get the black background as well on 4.0.7. Haven't seen any real response from anyone that actually has the space theme working.

It's good to hear that I'm not alone though.

I had everything working on a clean install 4.0.6.
Upgraded to 4.0.7 and didn't notice anything different
4.0.8 broke backgrounds on the Section Widget (text, background all white)

But the background (I'm using Pixel Pixel) works just fine.

I like the theme. I went on the website and it was not clear which themes were free and which were pay. Like, I want to use Pixel Glow Premium and use my own logo and background. It looks like Pixel Premium was definitely on sale at one point but now the only themes is the Pixel Platinum pack (I only want Premium).

Please confirm whether this theme is now free or how to buy it. Also are we allowed to modify the theme to customise it for our own sites?

Firstly the issue I am having is most likely more of a problem because I am not using the background images.

Is anyone else having problems seeing some of the light gray text? I cannot find the variable anywhere for some reason.

This text is all over and it is barely visible. It is in the following places and more..

# - NavTabs Drop Down Links
# - Edit Profile - In various locations in the profile section, text can only be viewed by highlighting
# - Notifications drop down - If you have a notification in the upper right hand menu the drop down also has this gray text that cannot be viewed.

I have tried the variables over and over and cannot find the fix. I am missing something here and I just don't have any more time to explore this issue. Is anyone else having this issue with these styles?

Marked and voted. Although it needs some tweaking for 4.0.8. Some elements don't show up and the profile page is using the default style elements(blue and white)... stat window at the bottom as well.
