You seem to be uploading in Products and Plugins. You should import XML in Style Manager > Upload/Download Styles

Your icon size is more than defined in style vars.. goto stylevars > forumicon_size increase acc. to ur icon

Hello sorry for delay, usually staff is off on weekends. Anyway 4.1.10 now available for Brandfree in Morbid & vBFour

How to upgrade and merge to a newer version?
I have made some changes to my style, but it's the 4.1.4 version, so it is very old, how can I upgrade to 4.1.10 without loseing every changes I made?

You can try overwriting the old files with newer XML but changes made cannot be guaranteed if they get ported to new version
