I'm having quite the trouble with some members unable to see their images at full size.

For whatever reason, the plugin shrinks the image and displays it correctly in the thread, but the lyteboxed version shows up as either the same size when it pops up, or even smaller

Anybody else having this problem? Any ideas how to fix this?

when I use a [url] tag with [img] tag, It is not redirecting to the link. It is opening as image with lytebox in same window.

for example: [IMG]imagelink[/IMG]

Turn off in the settings there is a option not to use lytebox but still use the resizer.

Lytebox needs a link to make the popup.

I'm using it to curb the large images at my anime forum. I am so pleased with this product I did a write up at my place linking to here.
If you have VB 4, then this is a must have add on.

Could I suggest a setting in the User CP that allows them to turn this mod on/off and lytebox on/off?

I already said I would not add that feature. I made this mod so the images would not break the site width. To allow a member to turn it off makes this mod pointless.

If I allow a member to just turn this off then the images would break the site anyway.

The image resizer and lytebox are working fine. But they're right. The sig resizer is not having any effect. I linked to my sig image in my album and then tried uploading the image in the usercp. No joy for either.
But this is still a killer mod.
ramtha in the mean time you can set the max sig size in the user group settings. What version of VB4 are you running?

Yes it is a need for protecting works, it must also be compatible with the extensions: png, gif, tiff, jpg they is most current.

Bump on adding a hotlink when lightbox is disabled?

When lightbox is enabled, and you click the image and lightbox comes up... there is no zoom function. So while it's all nice and pretty... if you have a skinny tall image like a comic, there is no way to make it bigger to be able to read it.

With lightbox disabled... same problem... no link to open the image in full size.

We need a hotlink, or lightbox needs a zoom function.

Once again, I still have the issue with users wanting to use an image as a download link. How do you stop it from using the popup with the image. The image is smaller than the resize size.

if you have vbseo and you set "Redirect ALL External URLs Posted in Private Forums" > ON
then you will not be able to view the images via lytebox in private forums.

I had this issue and I had to disable this option.

you should consider fixing this issue.

I had a problem with the images not showing up. It was because I had nothing in "image height" in options.

if the picture size is : 500 x 400
it show only like : 500 x 350 pixel...

i installed this and i activated the mod via admin cp, files were uploaded too but when someone clicks the image it goes straight to image link it doesnt show the lytebox like in the demo,

The same problem, 4.0.2 version. Click to pictures just go to the direct link of them.

Where did you upload the files?

I found the problem. We must use the "Insert Image" (vBulletin editor tool) and stick "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" option in tab "Add image from URL" to use this mod. Thank you, uninstall wait for next version.

It appears there is some sort of problem the mod has with embedded links. It intercepts the image in the links and reparses the link with extra bbcode tags thus distroying the link.
I confirmed this was indeed the problem by disabling the mod at both my pl1 test site and my pl4 live site.
Pity I can't use this any more. I have too many clickable images to have them blocked like that. If you are able to resolve the problem you can drop me a PM or an email.
