I have a few users in 4.0.4PL1 who, when they select their country flag, it shows a link to a .gif in their posting...Any idea???

I have added the switzerland flag previously. It is in a post somewhere.

Anyway, I have added it again, it is showing in the "Screenshot" section. Just right click and "Save picture as..."

No Northern Ireland flag though.

I'm looking for a version of this that shows a country flag based on IP address, instead of having the user select it from a dropdown. Does this exist? Is it something you might consider adding to this mod?

I have found with the dropdown version, most users thing its 'funny' to select some weird country .. and rarely do they every choose the country they are actually from. (which defeats the whole purpose of this mod)

I have had a number of Requests for a Templar Flag as well as a few other prominent societies...Any idea if you are planning on addig these types of Flags??

Hi, just looking to install on 4.04 and got stuck at this point:
Which page displays this option? = Edit Your Details

The only options i have in that combo box are:
Edit Profile
Options: Log in / privacy
Options: Messaging / Notifications
Options: Thread Viewing
Optoins: Date / Time
Options: Other

No 'Edit Your Details'

I had to uninstall it since it is giving and error with the Facebook Connect options for vBull under 4.0.5...Sorry

Experiencing the same problem with fb connect on 4.0.5

It seems that if the required setting is removed when registering, then the flags will work with fb connect.

I'm using vB 4.0.7.

For some reason the images ain't showing up. I added the code to postbit as it was said in the instructions. Do I have to add it to the postbit_legacy too?
Flags are uploaded. The path is correct. I also entered the correct field ID.

Thank you CharlieDelta, I have now corrected that, and it is working, as confirmed by Shanef. :)

I can also confirn that this mod is working in vB4.0.7 too. :D

You also forget the : after "Country" and the space. You also have to move the </dt> to another place in order to have the flag show up on the right side of the country field, otherwize it will be displayed below.
