Not sure about using last.fm, but to add stations theres a form on the radio page.

I don't understand.
When i try to add new stations they does not work.

where is the problem?

I have the product translated to polish language.


I tried do this few times and i can say that this let me add just 2 working radio stations, next stations does not play.

i see the link to the link of radio/tv sites, but how do I get the code/xml? from them to download to my tv/radio on my site???

After doing steps 1 and 2 and 4. I can't see step 3. Radio and TV >> Import / Export Stations in the Admin options menu. Please help.

Also what are those java scripts and other php files outside the uploads folder? Do I need to upload those?

Another issue: The real player doesn't show on the embedded box on some computers with IE, but it shows on Firefox. I have Real Player as the default.

Now that vb4 beta was released, I can start thinking about making the port. Time to suggest features :)

A lot of the radio stations that I wish to add are played via "Windos Media Player" and do not work in any of the options that you have pre-set.

How do I overcome this please?

But some changes I have in mind, is removing most of the ajax so the pages can be indexed, and make it not a pop-up window, so the user can decide what to do with the window.

perhaps the users should decide whether to open it in a new window or not...I like the new window because I can listen to music while surfing my forum.

Your addon really is outstanding. It took some time for my board members to grasp its meaning for the board usage but now they simply love it.

My suggestions so far: Maybe you can design it in a widget style or tabbed box style. I would love to see the player being usable via forum home. A slim case style would be very sexy and could be placed directly under the navbar. (For streaming purpose you still need to open a new browser window or winamp/player that's clear.)

Yes, making it a widget with the player, the member would lose it when he changes the page. Maybe a widget for choosing stations? That would be nice, and could be done after making the main window stream player.

I'm gonna do a script that downloads all your info to XMLs, so you can upgrade to the new mod. It needs to be like that, because categories will be turned into tags, which you can choose any number of tags of a station. So you could have for example, tags "humor", "television" and "radio", and could chose two of those for a station.

Also, the features in the third post would be added as well. You can add new types of players, the embed codes, etc etc. It's some work to do, I'm thinking of starting to do this in Feb next year, as right now and in january I have lots of things to do on my personal websites projects, not to mention the holidays.

The only problem with that is that StarTrek Online is coming out on Feb 2010 :D

It's saying the function array_merge() tried to merge something that wasn't an array. After you do this, was the category added or not? Refresh the page and see if it was added, because after the error it seems the script continues and builds the correct AJAX response.

No one else seems to be having this problem, so it could be a problem with your php configuration. Or some other plugin that does the array merge on the radio script pages, and is missing some info to do so on said page.

It does not show up. and the ones that are default that I want to delete such as rap...don't delete.

Both errors are in a pop up window.

What browser are you using? Is your php configuration treating warnings as errors. What other plugins you have? vBSEO?

I have Firefox. I don't know what its doing, I just can't get it to work. I have the VBTwitter (also having problems) and some facebook bridge (having problems) and the facebook status like thingy that works fine. Not many mods.

is it possible to place a video box within the header area and everytime they change a page the header+video box never has to refresh, just everything under the navbar SO the video will still be playing or no?

ah i see i have to add a streaming URL, what if I wanted to just add my own *.mpg/flv/etc files in a que? Or setup a few youtube/motionbox/other media places urls in order?

Version for vb4 will let you add players, so you can add anything then.

Not refreshing the video is non doable, would need to rewrite the software to load everything in AJAX, which would be bad for SEO and everything else.

Sorry not right now, and it's likely this version won't be updated in favor of the vB4 version which I plan to make in Feb. I'll put your suggestions on my to do list for it.

Btw, on the new version I plan to make an exporter which will export your whole info, then you have to uninstall the mod, reinstall and import all the info. You guys won't lose anything.
