I have downloaded the latest package on this page and am being told after clicking on the HelpCenter link up on the nav bar, that this is beta 5. Same thing for the help page. However, it says beta 6 in products management, so I think I have the latest? I'm running the final release of vB 3.7 and I am not seeing anywhere to manage this system other than a few options in the usergroups and the main settings under vBoptions. I heard there should be a new section on the side panel in admincp... I don't see it. Paul, help me out here? Thanks

The lite' version is not going to receive any more major features. We hope to move it to the release candidate stage, where only trivia bugs will be made.

Vinny445, that was missed off. We forgot to update the version number. Be assured that you are running the latest version. Will be fixed for next release ;)

Any idea why I don't have any options in the side panel of the admincp though? I can't add any departments of view statistics.

I came across the same and thought it was an error.

I forgot to adjust permissions for each usergroup.

See if that's the same issue in your case.

I am going to throw this out there once and leave it at that. I have purchased a number of mods now. Each one of them has been a nightmare of beta hell. I don't relish a continuance of debugging for someone after forking over a chunk of money. This is automatically set by whoever creates the ticket. For example if you were registered as Virtualshiner and created a ticket, it would be your username that appeared. If it was me PaulSonny would appear.

This is a fresh install done about an hour ago.

Suggestions:
1 - Replies made to the ticket should also post on the thread posted within the forum specified.
2 - A thread prefix should be created with the thread automatically. Should say Open/Closed or Open/Solved.
3 - An area for sensitive data should be submitted. When posted by the user this data should only be seen by the admin. This is very important. Some sites have online stores where issues with payment could arise...requiring credit card info. Many other examples too.

The Beta 5 issue has been identified and has been sorted for the next release.
With regards to the navigation, i'm not sure. I will check this out and get back to you.
Posting in multiple forums is going to be a paid feature. The Lite version only allows you to create tickets in one forum. Sorry for any inconvience.

Replies to a ticket should automatically insert into the thread. There is already a thread prefix which is the department title. I will look into allowing multiple thread prefixes in the admincp for the paid version. Sensitive Data issue has been mentioned previously and is going to be a paid feature.

For some reason the navigation bar only has the option to view tickets. There is no way to submit a new ticket etc. Have I done something wrong?

Curious what will be the price of the Pro version?

You need to sort out the usergroup permissions via the Usergroup Manager.

One more question.

Where it lists the tickets - the background is showing as black so therefore you cannot see the actual ticket details. What template is it to alter the colours?

I will agree that so far support has been outstanding!!!

I've yet to see so many good features in a lite version of a product. Count yourself lucky ;)

We will be opening forum soon for suggestions of the paid version. A few already are: Tags, search, subscriptions, ect.

I have one feature request that would IMO make this perfect. Can you add the prefix selection for the forum that the department is linked to when making a new ticket? If so you could use this mod make vbulletin into a cmms.

knowing paul well i want to say so far this is an outstanding idea especially fro m my point of view cant wait till the final release and i for 1 will be one of the first to pay up

why when i edited usergroups its make a new usergroups twice? i mean same usergroup name but usergroups id different. thanks in advance

You will need to change the html color code.

That just changes the Priority colours. I want to get rid of that huge black block of line that obscures the view of the fact I have a ticket there.

Where you see the priority word - this means there is a ticket there, behind the black line! But the only way you know there is a ticket there is because you see the priority word. You don't see the ticket number, title, who submitted it etc, because its hidden by the blackness. I need to know how to change that black to something like white so I can actually see there is a ticket there.

I am here for the support of this mod from Paul. I have this Jase fellow on my ignore list so I can't see what he posts now anyway. I don't need to see it anyhow. I don't need that much support. I won't be bullied around after asking a valid question concerning a mod.
