Oh, I figured it may have been mentioned before, but if it had, it clearly hadn't yet been fixed. Rather than dig through phrases, I simply made 2 quick edits to the xml file and reimported.

I can't. But I may be able to help you phrase the question in a way someone might be more likely to help.

First, be sure to tell us what you've done to fix the problem. Does it go away when you disable this mod? Do you get the error in the default vbulletin style? Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mod? etc. etc.

Above all keep in mind the coders here are volunteers. They do not log in every day and answer random questions.

I have my Forum home modified a bit so that many parts do not show (such as Who's online). The mod is not showing up with the Who's Online Below and Forum's Below and I want to know if there needs to be certain setting outside the mod or code present in order for it to show up in these areas.

i'm using a mod that allows me to create vbulletin style pages for my site, they are part of the vbulletin template, but allow me to customize the code inside the template. is there a way to add some code to the template so that the latest album pics would show on that page? here's my example:


http://www.OKGMP.com (regular page with latest album pics "botom of page")

http://www.okgmp.com/community/pictures.php (our picture archive links page, made with a new template for a vbstyle custom page)

I am different, if I set it to Forum's Below it does not show up...

If I set it too Who's Online Below it shows in both Who's Online Below AND Forum's Below

Hello. The width of my Album Thumbnails is set to 150, and I checked them all on my FTP and they are 150px. But the thumbnails on my forumhome are 148, and of lower quality then my thumbs. I even Printscreened & Pasted the browser screenshot into MSPaint and measured the longest side, and it is infact 148.

Why is this?

Where is it getting the 148 thumbnails from?

have vbseo, and no problems. i'm guessing there is something in your vbseo config. if you can't id the issue, try vbseo forums or support. they are very helpful.

Any ways to get TWO rows of 5 the same box, my users can only fit about 5 in a line with the thumbnail size i'm using so I was wondering if there is a way I could add another row of five!

I did and I even looked at all the data in the xml file.. the only place that is says it as at the bottom... I changed it, unloaded all the cookies, hard refreshed the browser,, and it still says the same thing..

how can i put this in my front page... not vbulletin page !

I'm a noob and I had it installed in less than 5 minutes.

Although i do wonder why the title on my home page says latest album picture rather than plural picture/s... i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it to start the naming process over.. but as a noob.. I have no clue if the first install set something that cant be altered easily.

EDIT:

I believe this is the phrase that shows the picture title...

The template that needs to be altered is the 'afm_picture' template (just above Album Templates).

Look for this code:

The red text is what needs to be changed but when you insert the other phrase, it doesn't show any alt text at all.

I'm at a dead end now, maybe this has given someone else an idea. Does this phrase need to be referenced in the product file maybe?
