I installed this in 3.8.3. When I go to ACP > Users - I don't see "Send Pm to Users" in the list. In other words I don't have the menu item highlighted in this image;

I tried ignore it and clicked next and got this

and this goes over and over again on every page.

When I choose not to send PM to users who have disabed PM it works

this mod used to work for me and then stopped.

I didnt change a thing. Mod says all PM's sent successfully but nobody receives any.

what is the next step to check?
