<div>
$vbphrase[posts]: $post[posts]
</div>

I am running 3.6.4... is this a problem?

Does this not work on 3.6.4?

Exitilus 02-17-2007 10:12 PM

Works 100% fine on 3.6.4

NaughtyStud 02-18-2007 01:53 PM

WhyDoesItMatter 02-18-2007 02:13 PM

I have a custom theme that doesn't use the navbar.. Does anyone know where I could put this so people can edit their mood?

Thanks

For this to pass XML Validation I had to add alt="" to it like this

Code:

<img src="images/mood/$userinfo[mood].gif" border="0" alt="" />
Not that I know much about coding but is this OK?

Shelley_c 02-20-2007 05:07 PM

A possible bug. Maybe. I'm using 3.6.4

Whenever I add new titles to the options of this mod in the admincp the dropdown menu disappears and I'm unable to choose anything.

I also inserted the title in the xml file and re-uploaded it with no luck of the mood changer appearing. To resolve this I then need to uninstall the product and then install it again before it appears by that time members who have selected moods need to reselect them again.

I thought I would bring this up so you know. :)

dbirosel 02-23-2007 05:00 PM

On the member profile there are 2 Moods under additional information. I checked the memberprofile template to make sure i didnt double the code, but i set it correctly. What is causing this?

CrossBones 02-25-2007 07:20 PM

Nice.

Clicks "installed"...

momo2 02-25-2007 10:30 PM

In my nav bar this is what's showing

<if condition="$show['forumdesc']">

<div class="bcbox">
<div class="ibcbox">
<strong>$foruminfo[title]</strong> <span class="smallfont">$foruminfo[description]</span>
</div>
</div>
</if>

<div class="bcbox">
<div class="ibcbox">
<a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]" accesskey="1"><img src="images/softtech/statusicon/thread.gif" height="11" width="10" alt="" style="margin-right:6px;border:0px;" />$vboptions[bbtitle]</a> $navbits[breadcrumb] <if condition="$navbits['lastelement']"> : $navbits[lastelement]</if>
</div>
</div>

on my other skins i do have
$vbphrase[private_messages_nav]

please tell me what to do :up:

still wondering why there are 2 moods on member profiles..

PoetJA-1975 02-27-2007 05:35 PM

I don't think this question has been address...
Is there a way for this modification to be used as a user profile field as well that can show on the registration page?

Thanx,

Jacquii.

Same issue here. And also right now, i cant change mood anymore. I dont see the drop down anymore.

epsol 03-02-2007 04:35 PM

I just installed it and had the same problem. I fixed it by renaming the /images/moods to be /images/mood. As the directions said /images/moods/ but the actual directory in the zip is /images/mood

deezelpope 03-05-2007 10:48 AM

Installed and lovin' this!!!! Thanks so much!

dbirosel 03-06-2007 05:17 AM

No one can help on why on the member profiles, it is showing double the moods??

epsol 03-07-2007 06:38 AM

dbirosel,

try doing this:

go into the admincp under the sniper options and change the "Auto Edit Member Info" to no

Deadly Assassin 03-09-2007 06:01 AM

I have installed it and it works fine. :up:

However, there is one issue with it not showing for a custom usergroup that i have made.

Any ideas?

ALBINALI 03-09-2007 07:16 PM

I would like an answer to the above two questions before I install this hack. It looks good but the above is important

Calibre_k 03-11-2007 10:07 PM

I instelled it as admin i can see drop down mood changer but members dont see drop down.

kingvillain 03-12-2007 11:57 AM

Cool mod this one, thanks :)

ViViD 03-12-2007 04:47 PM

Hi ,
How do I customize this Hack for Arabic language ?

Doctor Death 03-12-2007 07:34 PM

I installed this and it works well from the perspective that you can set your mood and then when examining user profiles, you can see current mood.

Isnt the mood also supposed to show up in posts? Mine is not. I have a custom template that I have.

Where and how can I get the rest of this mod to show up in my custom templates (if in fact it is supposed to).

I think I am correct in that moods should show up in posts and pms

Thanks@~! Keep up the great work

SonicGT 03-14-2007 03:02 AM

any possibility for an update which wouldn't have relative paths?

I ask because I use photopost with my forum and with the photopost vb integration it shows my header on the gallery pages, and since it looks for images/moods it cant find them as well as doesn't do the update properly from those pages.

Guest210212002 03-15-2007 11:01 PM

Installed. :)

Is there a way to get the mood to show up as text in the navbar, instead of the graphic?

NuclioN 03-20-2007 02:02 PM

This is asked before but i saw no answer to it, so again this question. Is it possible to have the moodselector outside the navbar on forumhome and how to do that? :)

Squintz 03-20-2007 03:47 PM

I installed everything perfectly in 3.63 and the only thing I can get to show up is the dropdown in the Navbar. Is there any trick to getting this to work in the user Profile? I tried adding the code to the Postbit_Legacy template but still nothing.

PLEASE HELP

Guest210212002 03-21-2007 01:54 PM

As a heads up:

I didn't like the mood changer in the navbar, so I moved it to the bottom of the 'modifyprofile' template. It worked for changing the mood, but for whatever reason it kills everything else. With the code on that page, it breaks the user's ability to save any changes to any of the user profile fields.

Just a heads up if you run into it.

Post your postbit_legacy template and I'll take a look.

quiescent 03-24-2007 02:27 AM

A little question, and supposedly it should be only a template problem. If you look at the profile;

http://www.nobsnetwork.net/members/jude.html

The mood appears twice, which is the template I should be editing, sorry to bother!

hmmm - seems like you should be able to edit the MEMBERINFO to correct this issue ;)

Jacquii.

deezelpope 03-24-2007 03:48 PM

Skip the Memberinfo step.;)

WAHMama 03-25-2007 01:20 AM

I have tried installing this numerous times, am having trouble getting it to show anything other than reed X's I have the images in the correct folder, clicked the auto edit option and only edited the postbit. Tried doing all the edits myself with the same problem happening. The dropdown menu shows up with the correct titles, it just comes up as red X when it goes to display. Any ideas on solving this?
