replace all the old files with the new files and if you're coming from the old version run the mas_upgrade.php

i cannot find or replicate the error AT ALL, delete all files that say maf_anything and upload files saying mas_anything.

I got a little further i can fill out an app but when i submit I get:

also adding the new cron job what do i put for the Varname ?

the questions are set in your admincp options, you can remove or add any questions you like.

you're right, that's a personal information question. there's no easy way to remove it, other than commenting out the field in the template.

Installed this on my 3.6.1 on my localhost and it works like a dream, tried to install it on my Live server 3.6.2 and I get this error:

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.2:



Invalid SQL:

SELECT * FROM _vbmas_application WHERE userid = 1;



MySQL Error  : Table 'vb362._vbmas_application' doesn't exist

I got it working I had to go into phpmyadmin and the databases it put in was mas_application and not _vbmas_application and so I renamed it, all working fine.

Hi

I would really like this where i can set it so previous applicants cant use the system or just turn off the system for any member i choose...

Please can someone help as i have a problem member who is a mate but i dont want to cause a rift and his apps are as though a kids whos spat his dummy out has filled it in....

If this is not possible, then perhaps a conditional for the link where i can manually set specific user ID's to the conditional....

I didn't bothered filling out the cron "scheduled tasks" would this have something to do with this error?

Can you be a little more specific as to where this would be added in vboptions.

(ie) Sitename/URL/Contact Details

I can visit the link fine when I test it with my site yet I recieve the error stated in post 2.

I was getting the same error then I realized that this error has to be a joke, When I login to my F o r u m under stone0075 and try to apply for moderator status using a different name as a test in the Username: I do get the, "can not find 'mas_dontlie" haha! good one! but when I apply using stone0075 everything works fine... if you haven't figured this out yet I hope this helps!!!

I've got this working on 3.6.3. It wasnt pretty, but heres how i did it.

1. in phpMyadmin find the mas_application and mas_rating tables and add your forums prefix to them.

2. in the modcp/mas_rateapp.php file line 29 looks like

FROM YOURTABLEPREFIX_mas_application

ok here is what i did to fix it might help some of ya

1. Edit the mas_ratings.php file like Ntfu2 said
in the modcp/mas_rateapp.php file line 29 looks like

To This

FROM vb_mas_application

2. GoTo phpmyadmin and then selcet your db that vbulletin is in, then click the SQl tab, then in the input box enter this below then click Go

Code:

RENAME TABLE mas_application TO vb_mas_application,

             mas_rating TO vb_mas_rating;

3. go set your vBulletion Options for this hack, then test the application by going to /modapp.php and see if it works, working for me!!!

of course changing the all the vb_ to YOUR boards table prefix!!!

Here ya go m8, I aint really got a clue myself but i did copy another link and added the mod app bits, oh yeah, in the process somehow i broken all my dropdown menus pmsl...need to fix them now, but any hoooo heres ys link :)
You can remove the top line and the bottom line if you want all including guests to see it, if you leave as is then only registered can see it :)
